Biography / Resume:
Hello there. I am an attorney who's fallen on hard economic times. My specific legal interests include Contracts, Business Development, Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, Torts, and Entertainment Law. But my greatest passion is film. During 2008 and 2009, I performed some voluntary legal research regarding tax incentives in the 2007 Bill, and the Iowa Code. I also did a comparative analysis between Iowa's tax incentive programs comapred to that of other states throughout the country.
I hope to serve the IMPA to rebuild Iowa's Film Industry given my legal background, my past work experience, my education which includes a law degree, business degree and a minor in film studies. I have worked or volunteered on several film and reality television sets performing duties of a production assistant, locations assistant, craft services, and transportation assistant.
